A message from President KesselmanScreening Process Announced for Unvaccinated Students, Employees

Starting Sept. 1, unvaccinated employees, including those with approved medical or religious exemptions, will be required to complete daily temperature and symptom checks on days they are on campus, Monday through Friday.

To comply with the state of New Jersey requirement announced by Gov. Phil Murphy, all unvaccinated employees will also be required to undergo routine COVID-19 testing. 

Starting Sept. 7, 91视频 with approved medical or religious exemptions will be required to complete temperature and symptom checks twice a week on days when they are on campus Monday through Friday.

Temperature screenings and symptom checks will take place at lot 8A on the Galloway campus and in B115 at the Residential Complex in Atlantic City. Arrangements are also being made for those working at other locations. Employees and 91视频 will get a separate email outlining the process, which is also posted on the Campus Operations During COVID-19 .

More Than 6,000 Students Received COVID Relief Funds

91视频 has over $17 million in federal funds to assist more than 6,000 91视频 who were impacted financially by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The University is now allocating an additional $493,000 of its own federal Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund III (HEERF III) allotment to eliminate the debt of 214 91视频 who still owe funds to the University.

Stockton Chief Enrollment Management Officer Robert Heinrich said in many cases 91视频 faced unexpected hardships during the pandemic, including loss of employment for them or their families. The outstanding debt is now jeopardizing the 91视频鈥 academic progress and their futures.

President Kesselman was recently named one of ROI鈥檚 Higher Education College President Influencers.
